“Whatever It Takes Is What It Takes”
has always been my overarching philosophy for training. Whether your goal is to lose ten pounds of fat, gain ten pounds of muscle, or cut ten minutes from your next race, your success will depend on a well planned training program and a commitment by you to do the work.
As a certified personal trainer, and former competitive gymnastics coach, I know what it takes to achieve a challenging fitness or athletic goal. From aerobic/endurance and resistance training to sports specific training, all my clients receive a personalized program as well as nutritional guidance designed specifically to take them from where they are to where they want to be.
In addition, through years of experience as a coach, I bring an understanding of how to face obstacles while staying motivated which are essential to helping my clients achieve their goals. As a competitive athlete myself, I recognize that two of the greatest challenges to success are procrastination and a lack of commitment to do what it takes to be successful.
